CreativeMornings

In 2008, Tina Roth Eisenberg (Swissmiss) started CreativeMornings out of a desire for an ongoing, accessible event for New York’s creative community. The concept was simple: breakfast and a short talk one Friday morning a month. Every event would be free of charge and open to anyone.

Today, attendees gather in cities around the world to enjoy fresh coffee, friendly people, and an international array of breakfast foods. Volunteer hosts and their team members organize local chapters that not only celebrate a city’s creative talent, but also promote an open space to connect with like-minded individuals.

The growing archive of past breakfast talks is humbling. From design legends to hometown heroes, speakers are selected by each chapter based on a global theme. CreativeMornings remains free thanks to the support of local sponsors, generous venues, and longterm partners.

Proud.

Proud believes that to progress is to challenge perspectives. Proud believes that to progress is to inspire the youth of Indonesia to fight the ordinary. Proud believes that to progress is to break out of the comfort zone.

Our community created a movement called Proud. A movement that initiates conversations that don't want to be initiated, and to inspire people to break walls.

Proud started off on social media channel (Instagram) in which they interview public figures and make them every once in a while, make them cry. Now, they have a YouTube channel in which they challenge public perspective and package their content with comedy and casual conversations.

Not limited to online resources, they also have offline events, which is a biweekly event in collaboration with Conclave, and a quarterly event called proud.live! And they never forget to smile. :)

tokyobike

Tokyobike started in 2002 in the old Tokyo suburb of Yanaka. Its inspiration came about from its name. In the same way Mountain bikes are meant for mountainous riding, Tokyobike is designed for navigating around Tokyo.

Now the Tokyobike lifestyle can also be seen in cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, London, Berlin and Singapore.

Its ethos stem from exploring one's favourite city and the nooks of the less beaten path. From the lightness and comfort of pedaling to the simplistic design and multitude of colours, Tokyobike envisions its riders exploring their cities, enjoying themselves and taking it slow in today's fast-paced society. Afterall, life is always about the journey rather than the destination. For more info about tokyobike, be sure to visit their website at http://www.tokyobikeid.com
